I'm new in town and haven't gotten a chance to sign up with a GP yet. I was experiencing an issue and had called a local GP for advice. They advised I call the minor injuries unit and see if they could help.
Wow was that a terrible idea. Spoke with (more like was shouted at by) a woman in minor injuries. She didn't listen at all, was rude, disrespectful, and aggressive. Got off the phone in tears. Seriously, if you have an issue, literally call anyone else.
