I felt the lowest of lows and did attempt to take my own life. My gratatude now goes to the Inclusion matters team, they got to me just in time, they also got me the help and advice for my debt, with the fabulous ladies at the CAB which I needed, my debt is now manageable. They got me to go to different centres to meet people and enjoy different things like walking, exercise, sewing, which helped me go out a little bit more. But the most and the best thing was they gave me the most amazing councellor, Caroline, whom I still have today, she listens to you very well she doesnt judge and she gives credit where credit is due. She is my lifeline to what I would say was my life back in my hands. I do have relapses, but she is always there when this happens. I want to thank her you all for amazing services. We who come to you know how important this services is to the desperate and needed, so please keep up this fabulous work.
Regards
Mis Gratefull
