"Grateful to overstretched NHS"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital

Accompanied daughter to A&E at 10.30pm, first time in A&E for many years. Reception people lovely, efficient, helpful and caring. Triage Nurses the same, kind, cheerful, efficient.

Junior Nurses, the same, pleasant and helpful as were the doctors who took the time to examine and explain things.

The health assistants also very pleasant.

All this made the long wait (which was totally expected by us) more bearable.

Thank you and Well done NHS staff all of you :)

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience with the Emergency Department. It is a pleasure to hear that you have had such a positive experience whilst in our hospital and that all the members of staff you came into contact with were pleasant and helpful. We hope that any future visits to our hospital are just as good as this one.
