"Unhappy with attitude and approach to treatment"

About: Chester Surgery

Following an agreed approach to a skin tag removal, doctor changed approach at the last minute.

This resulted in a painful week, infection and then a revert to the original plan. The tag was then infected so resulting tests for cancer were comprised.

Around 2 months of chasing for results followed. The Doctor in question getting more and more abrupt as time went on. Talking over me, dismissive.

Result = I've left the practice.

Since leaving, my new GP has tested bloods, BP (extremely high and requiring medication) etc - none of this was carried out at this surgery. Glad this mess up happened. Forced me to leave and get better treatment.
