"Greeting"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a relative),

Musgrove Park Hospital.

Went to Reception in any Dept. The receptionist put their hand up to take my Hosp letter to take details. Does not take eyes off screen.

This week my wife and I went to the Bowel Screening Unit. The receptionist, Did not see name, looked up, smiled, What is your name? Ah yes, Confirm D o B, address and a few other details. Every time they looked up and made eye contact with a smile.

My wife obviously nervous but the way we were received took a lot of the tension away.

Only a little thing is it not but a little went a long way.
