I attended at day surgery unit to have a minor procedure. I was seen by Kirsty and Doreen who were both fantastic. Kirsty explained what she would be doing and what I was to do afterwards. I was put at ease by both Kirsty and Doreen and had a blether about our jobs and before I knew it I was done. The whole procedure from start to finish took no longer than 30mins. I was amazed at how quickly I was dealt with. Well done FVRH on having this Nurse led clinic. Thank you to both Kirsty and Doreen.
