I was electrocuted at work and was in pain all over my body and had trouble with my brain, concentrating, memory etc. Since coming to mindfulness I have learnt when I am in pain or confused about things and take time out and concentrate on something else eg sound of the clock, counting breath, it helped with the pain it took my mind off it and I have also learnt to relax more I didn't think it would help but I have noticed a difference in how I think the pain is still there but I don't focus on it as much.
