"Brilliant treatment but not one I wish to repeat"

About: Heartlands Hospital

What I liked

Heartlands took me in from another hospital as an emergency and basically saved my life. They treated me as a person, not a case, with care and dignity and were very caring. Even the dinner ladies were brilliant!

What could be improved

Not having to wait so long for a bed but I do realize why.

Anything else?

If I have to return I know standards so I shall not be alarmed by scaremongering stories
