"Couldn't have wished for better treatment"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I was treated yesterday at Treliske regarding a bad fall I'd had. The treatment was absolutely excellent. The staff were truly wonderful, I couldn't have wished for better treatment. Absolutely great!

Thank you for the fantastic comments regarding your care and treatment in the Emergency Department yesterday. Although I am sorry to hear that you had a bad fall, I am pleased that your experience lived up to both your and our expectations.

We always aspire to deliver a high standard of care and to hear your positivity especially with regard to my staff was very refreshing. I will endeavour to pass on your comments to my team
