"Fantastic, put my nerves at ease!!"

Extremely helpful and friendly consultant for my initial appointment and also lovely staff for MRI. I have a family history of neurological conditions and so was very worried to have even been referred to Neurology department but consultant took time to reassure me and despite me wanting him to just say nothing was wrong he booked appropriate tests and explained importance of attending etc. The best interaction I’ve ever had with NHS, so Thankyou :)

Also supported my mother to appointments here over quite a few years and they have always treated her with greatest respect and kindness. One of few places who haven’t just ignored her because she’s no longer able to speak or communicate, impressive.
