"Orthopaedic Surgery Clinic"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a relative),

My wife and I attended at the Queen Margaret Hospital last week in order for her to attend the Orthopaedic Surgery Clinic and meet with the Consultant Mr Nidadavolu. The appointment was for 1500 hours and we arrived timeously and actually found a space to park within the nearby car park. My wife booked in at the main outpatient reception centre and we did not have to wait very long before she was seen by the consultant Mr. Nidadavolu. He carried out a thorough examination of my wife's right shoulder which has been causing her some considerable discomfort for many months now. The next stage will be an ultrasound followed by an injection into the troublesome area of the shoulder. We are now awaiting a further appointment letter in order that this treatment can be carried out. There were no problems on the day and everything went smoothly. Very satisfactory service. We both now hope that this injection will do the trick and hopefully my wife will not require to have surgery to solve her shoulder problem.

Dear Hector 52, I am so pleased that your recent visit to Queen Margaret Hospital was such a positive experience, from finding a car parking space to booking in at the main outpatient reception and finally being seen by Mr Nidadavolu in his outpatient clinic. I will pass on your comments to Mr Nidadavolu.
