The initial assessment at Park House was very detailed in terms of the process, explaining what would happen, then my daughter had another assessment at Mary Potter, Hyson Green and he explained about "happy air". On the day of the extraction Monica explained what she was doing and talked my daughter through the procedure. Gave us information on the follow-up appointment and eating and drinking.
