Got told we'd be seen within 2 hours (midnight) one am comes round and noone has been seen for 2 hours not a single person called in making it 3pm. All staff looks like they swap shifts at 2/3 and just run off, receptionist very unfriendly and more interested in chatting to colleagues. Complete waste of time and very very unfriendly and doesn't care about a room full of unhappy and in pain patients.
