"Reception desk"

I have just moved to the area from Huddersfield. As far as I know, the GP works as an interface between hospitals and any referrals. My experience was very bad with GP due to lack of help and support of reception desk. I missed appointments of my son 8 weeks old check as well as wife diabetes appointment. They gave a number contact this number to have your appointments done, when I contacted them they told me we are a GP and you need to register with us then they told me that we do this for your GP.

I have one point why there is no email show on, like other GP to receive complains.
