After recently having quire a few appointments and an operation on my ear, I can say that the staff are wonderful, the place is clean and i was/am treated with respect and dignity at every appointment.
I am a regular here (for the last 15 years) and I don't have much to complain about.
Sometimes clinics run late and I have to wait for quite a long time before I am seen, but i am always kept informed.
