I have just returned back home following this procedure today.

I wanted to say the whole experience was very good. The department was spotless and modern, I was only waiting just over an hour after my appointment time was fantastic.

The staff were truly amazing and made the whole process pain less and calm.

It wasn't embarrassing stressful due to the way the staff treated you with compassion and dignity. The doctor who carried out the procedure was professional, kind and empathized with any concerns I had.

I even had a drink and crackers and cheese after! What a first class service......

Thanks to you all.. Us English should be proud to have the nhs.....
