I wanted to say how grateful I am to all the doctors at bridge road medical centre especially one Dr. I’ve had a rough time dealing with anxiety and thanks to the Dr and her persistence I finally feel like the old me.

I’ve seen all the practices doctors over the years and can’t fault them. I prefer their new booking system as with having children and school runs, now being able to call up to 10am and knowing what number I am in the query is a massive help also great to know I will speak with a doctor over the phone and sometimes a visit to the doctors isn’t necessary as can resolve over phone which not only saves the doctors time but mine also and I would imagine a lot more people manage to get seen to because of this new efficient system.
