"Disappointed:"

I can't understand why this surgery has been deteriorating so much.Please do something as you are young and intelligent man. We should to get better treatment from the surgery. I used to be proud of you and the way you always investigate every complaint.

Why is the deterioration in the service you provide?

The attitude of the so called receptionist is appalling. Right from the desk where they are sitting down you will feel the 'I don't care attitude'. The response they give is not reassuring at all. I was there to speak to someone regarding online registration as I was desperate to have an appointment booked but was told I have to register online as they can not book me at the counter. The attitude I got on the day put me off. I tried to call on a day as I was told I can still call from 8am. I called from 8am 35 times on a morning and the phone was either ringing or giving engaging tone. I was so frustrated I didn't know what to do or where to turn to as the case is not what I should go to A&E for but needed possibly some antibiotic urgently.

Please look into the new way of practice.
