I have been with this surgery for over 25 years and during that time have seen many changes of management. Went into your doctors with an issue over a month ago, was told to return as soon as possible by the doctor if it continued. Called up today to get an emergency appointment as I am in a lot of pain, was then spoken rudely to reception and to management who don’t seem to find it a problem to talk down to patients. I don't make a habit of visiting a doctor unless it is absolutely necessary and when I do have an issue as I do at the moment, I don't like being made to feel uncomfortable whenever I call. Will be looking into changing doctors now.
