"Poor and wrong assessment of my condition"

I visited this "clinic" yesterday, I would like to make an official claim about the doctor, who didn't give me antibiotic although my worsening condition. What is wrong with this country and antibiotics? Do you want people to suffer? He told me I need to be in this condition 10 days, because 7 for him is not enough to prescribe me an antibiotic. Imagine that. 10, because being in pain for 7 days, having fever, getting worse, is not enough. And I clearly told him that my state is worsening, I keep on taking paracetamol for 5 days, today is 6th day, because I have a high temperature and it all started with sore throat, which I think is a "key word" for virus infection. Of course, infection can be viral but if it is worsening it doesn't mean it is still viral, does this doctor realize it? People!! Antibiotics are for people!!! Don't leave patients with fever and muscles pain, tearing their eyes out, coughing and sneezing, this is NOT what doctors should do! and second thing - PARACETAMOL is not a golden drug for everything, people abroad are literally laughing at UK and their paracetamol's cure. This is ridiculous! Being sorry is not what DOCTOR should be given to patient, I lost 1,5 hrs and to be funny when I came home I vomited as I felt so ill and had a headache.. I wish I could speak to some manager. Today my ears are blocked, I'm only waiting for it to get so bad that I won't be able even to move.
