CXH's Fracture Clinic is a busy busy department. My experience of its staff last week was one of complete calmness and professionalism. Despite large patient numbers I was made to feel welcome and cared for as an individual. I needed further x-rays and scans and the reason for these was explained to me in language I can understand. Before I left, I knew my treatment plan and there was always time for questions. I'm back there tomorrow and kinda looking forward to it.
