"Good surgery"

I have been with this surgery all my life and now have my daughter registered here too. Never had any problems getting appointments and always found staff to be helpful. The only issue I have especially when I take my 1 year old is that the receptionists never let us know that the dr is running late, and although lovely, my dr is always running late. If you check in on the machine it should pop up with a message to say the wait time, or the receptionists should let people know or have a board up that informs patients. A couple of times I’ve been with my daughter we’ve waited over an hour but not been informed until I’ve been up and asked. Apart from that can not fault the surgery.
