"Great service from the MRI department"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

Excellent service from the MRI department. Received text about appointment (this is a great by the way, as little chance of forgetting your appointment then). Had to wait at the time as appointments were running over. This I understand as they have to service inpatients as well, including emergencies. Process was explained, staff were very patient and understanding. Will highly recommend this team at Royal Berkshire, especially as they seem to be working beyond their normal working hours. Hope they are reimbursed for this. Great service.
