What could be improved

the waiting area of this unit is the dirtiest i have ever seen in any hospital,its a health hazard!! a small baby girl was crawling round the floor and her sleep suit was literally filthy from the dust and grime on the floor,the seats were also grimy,it looks like this area hasnt had a proper clean in months,why have hand dispensers with gel in to combat mrsa when they cant even be bothered to clean??!! total disgrace!!
