We were referred to the walk in centre by the Boots pharmacy downstairs. The reception staff were pleasant and efficient and my daughter saw the triage nurse within about 25 minutes, then we had another short wait of about 15 minutes to see the doctor. The whole process took less than an hour including collecting the prescription from the Boots downstairs. I have waited longer at my home practice for a pre-arranged appointment with my own GP, so was impressed by this service.
