I came into Courtauld Ward, 30 November for a total knee replacement..what an amazing experience..this is is NHS as it should be...everyone from clinical to non-clinical staff..nothing is too much trouble, outstanding care, patience, kindness especially post-op 24 hrs when I was a little poorly...can only say what a truly amazing team you all are and I hope this review goes some way to giving you all the recognition you all deserve.
