"Good medical care but appalling reception staff"

Having recently joined the practice, I’ve been really happy with how quickly I’m able to get to see GPs. However, one reception member was exceptionally rude to me for seemingly no reason at all. She spoke to me like I was stupid and got obviously irritated when I couldn’t hear what she was saying so asked her to repeat it. I was really not impressed with her interpersonal skills and inability to be remotely polite. In general, other admin staff have been great and extremely accommodating but this experience really just was unnecessarily unpleasant. Feeling like an inconvenience when enquiring about medical details (regarding prescriptions) is extremely disappointing and especially as a mental health patient having a bad day, I found it extremely disheartening.
