I attended Cardiac Rehab programme at Crosshouse Hospital following a heart attack and stent procedure.

I found the programme to be of real benefit as I am leading a healthier lifestyle with more exercise and I am more knowledgeable about my illness, the required lifestyle changes and the medication I have been prescribed.

Despite suffering such a serious illness I feel very positive about my future and firmly believe that the Cardiac Rehab programme played a large part in my recovery. Furthermore I am feeling more confident about myself which is a result of my healthier lifestyle.

Jane, Barbara, John and their volunteers lead an excellent programme and I am very grateful for their guidance and support.
