About: Lister Hospital

I was referred to the ENT department through my GP due to a lifelong inability to breathe through my nose, affecting my sleep and alertness throughout the day. I had to wait about 4 months for the initial appointment but I felt this was reasonable. All appointments I had at Lister were timely, professional and efficient. The surgery day went very smoothly, all the staff were incredibly kind and friendly and I felt at ease the whole day. Communication was good throughout.

I was so well looked after. I had a follow up appointment to remove the cast and I’m finally beginning to be able to breathe through my now straight nose, which is great. I cannot thank the ENT department and the staff at Lister day surgery enough, they went above and beyond to ensure I was safe and well.
