GP's Secretary was very off-hand and abrupt in tone and manner, just because I was asking for an early appointment.
I was told to "...go private..."
Really?
If only I could afford to, I would jump at the chance.
However, I have already paid for the NHS service through my national insurance contributions, so why tell me to go PRIVATE???
Absolutely no need for this attitude - appalling
