Visited the doctor this evening for pain in my shoulder.
Went in on time, very friendly welcome by receptionist. Doctor thoroughly examined me and did not rush - asked questions and listened to my answers showing genuine interest. Also asked about my general well being and health.
Referred me for ultrasound and X-ray plus physiotherapy. Very thorough and very pleased with my experience.
