"Extremely unempathetic"

First of all I needed to see a GP but was made to see a paramedic instead who told me my tonsillitis was not extreme enough to prescribe antibiotics, despite the fact it looked like I had two golf balls in the back of my throat covered in white infected spots. I was made to feel like I was over reacting as he told me my case of tonsillitis ‘wasn’t bad at all’ even though an ENT doctor scheduled an appointment for a tonsillectomy after looking at my throat for about 2 seconds. Also had to wait around 20 minutes after my original appointment time. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be made to feel like a hypochondriac and receive awful practice.
