My aunt is in a care home and has not received her flu vaccination - we are now in December. The home inquired of the delay to be told that they may get round to it next week or the week after.
This is not the way to treat vulnerable elderly people in a care home.
I have tried to contact the surgery to find out why but after listening to queue music for 30 minutes on one phone and 15 minutes on another I gave up.
They do not have a published email address.
"Still no flu vaccination."
