About: Charing Cross Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

I’m very happy with the level of care I received from Dr Yates and very disappointed that he won’t be following me into treatment and recovery. We have built a strong relationship and it’s sad to have it end when we had established a level of trust. Care pathways should be continuous, and lack of continuity can be very detrimental to people such as myself.
