"Tooth extraction"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

there was no waiting this time - however my first appointment I was sent to the other end of the hospital for X-rays all that time they should have there own cray dept in outpatients b I am claustrophobic so I would say having exit doors would help - the reason I hate hospitals is the corridors and no exit doors - my experience was good I prefer the assistants they arhave more caring n have more time than the sugeroens who need to be taught person centred care - it’s always about the patient n should be we are in vulnerable positions when we come to you so make sure you reassure and understand us - I say this as a patient who is very nervous the reception staff look fed up and they are the first faces of hope for some. I hate to moan but like I said the assistants of the dentist were very good
