"Going in the right direction"

I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years. Recently I have noticed some great improvements at the surgery. The triage system ensures I get to see or speak to the best person and give great advice when needed. The phone line now has options, so again I get through to the relevant department and not on hold for a long time.

GP surgeries are under a lot of pressure, but I always feel respected and cared for.
