(as a parent/guardian),

Big thank you on Tues night with bringing my daughter in as she had taken an overdose, phoned 111 and told me to take her in to you, we received nothing but help and the nurses especially Emma on Paediatrics in A & E was fantastic, you get such a bad deal when things go wrong but when things go right, people don’t bother, in my experience even staying in over night we had the very best, thanks once again for all you do.

Thank you for taking the time to post this valuable feedback which has been shared with staff in A&E.

I was sorry to read that your daughter had taken an overdose and needed our care. I am pleased that the team were able to provide you with the help you needed at what must have been such a difficult and traumatic time.

I do hope that your daughter is recovering well following her stay.
