"Well done NHS, world class service"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Urology( Ward 70)

(as the patient),

I had a procedure carried out in Urology department of Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The care I received from all the staff was a world class. Everybody was extremely kind, efficient and reassuringly competent. The hospital itself was spotlessly clean, the food was tasty. The whole episode starting from seeing my GP to the procedure took 3 weeks. Well done NHS, world class service despite underfunding.
