"Welcoming, friendly staff"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital

(as a service user),

I visited the cafe in the Women and Children’s Dept on Wednesday. I ordered a coffee and sat down to feed my four month old son. When the shop worker saw I was breastfeeding she asked me

if there was anything else I needed and she brought me a glass of water. It immediately made me feel at ease and so welcome in the cafe. She had really thought about my needs and put a big smile on my face.
