About: Whiteleaf Centre / Ruby Ward

(as a service user),

Awful 7 months of my life. 

Staff did not care. 

I felt that the Consultant doesn't care if you have a personality disorder

Told staff I wanted to end my life and they then let me go out where I ended up hurting myself
