About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I attended Queen Margaret Hospital for day surgery on my knee. All of the staff were very caring and kind. They kept me well informed at every stage, so even though I felt a bit nervous when I went in, they made sure I was well cared for and relaxed. The nurses on the ward and in the theatre were brilliant. Thanks to you all.

Thank you for taking the time to post feedback on care opinion about your recent experience in Day Surgery.

I am delighted to see you had a pleasant experience and found the staff to be very kind and caring, I'm glad you felt you were kept well informed at every stage within your journey. I can agree it can be a very nervous time coming in for an operation and it seems the staff done their best to alleviate this for you.

I will pass on your feedback on to the staff on the ward and also to theatre staff.
