(as a relative),

My dad is a patient in he hospice and I couldn't have asked for any better. The staff are all amazing and really go out their way to make my dad happy and comfortable.

Dear Olli

Thank you for taking the time to post a story on the care we deliver in our In -patient unit at Kilbryde Hospice. As Clinical Services Manager at Kilbryde I'm delighted to hear that your Dad is happy and comfortable in our care. We hope that we are caring for you as a family member too. This kind of feedback is very encouraging for our staff team some of whom are very new team members - I will ensure all staff members see your post and will discuss your comments at our next Senior Management and clinical team meeting. I also hope that your story may allay any future patients fears about an admission to Kilbryde Hospice.
