I visited the surgery for help with servere neck pain after being in a car accident the day previous and I left feeling very uncomfortable and dismissed. When I tried to explain what I was feeling my doctor rudely interrupted only to blurt out ‘what are you worried for have you never had wiplash before?’ I then went on to tell him the pain killers I’d been taking for it to which he replied ‘little extreme’ very rude and dismissive.

I am sorry to hear you have had cause to complain regarding the service you received at our Practice. Unfortunately there is little we can do if complaints are posted anonymously. We have a robust complaints procedure in place to address patient's concerns and will carry out a full investigation if complaints are made through this channel. Rhona Gilbert, Practice Manager
