"Good experience"

I feel I must record the excellent help I received from one of the receptionists when I asked for a private conversation when trying to sort out home visits for my housebound neighbour.

I was taken into an empty surgery and she listened to my problem and by the time I had returned home she was on the phone to my neighbour reassuring her that both the doctor and nurse would visit her the next day.

She was very helpful and caring
