I am extremely satisfied with Talk Liverpool's care, as the therapist I saw was always non-judgmental and helped me see sides of my problem that I didn't recognize on my own. I shall miss our therapy sessions, but I feel that I can manage my GAD now with the tools and advice he has given me.

It’s great that you found your treatment with Talk Liverpool beneficial and that you feel that you now have the tools to manage your anxiety effectively. As you will probably appreciate making that leap to seek help and engage with therapy can be difficult, and I know that other people will feel encouraged to seek help based on your experience.
