About: West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance)

I had surgery on my eye, which wasn’t the most pleasant of procedures to go through but the staff physically held my hand through the whole process. They provided me with lots of reassurance throughout and stayed with me until the very end. Every single member of staff that directed and in directed dealt with me were wonderful and ensured my experience was safe, dignified and pleasant as possible. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say a huge thank you to them. Also a massive shout out to the wonderful student nurse who held my hand during a traumatic tme, I’m sure you’ll go on to make a fantastic nurse,
