"Blood Test"

I’d just like to thank your staff at the blood test clinic.

I find blood tests difficult and stressful and have been going through a lot recently.

The staff were very patient with me and understanding.

I only went in for a blood test but the nurse who served me doesn’t know it but she really gave me the lift and advice I needed. And they got my blood at the same time.
