The treatment that I received at the A&E and subsequent hospital overnight was second to non.
I was referred from Reading as I needed to see an ENT specialist.
I arrived at A&E and unfortunately fainted in the waiting room.
All nurses were quick to do a thorough check why and they monitored me constantly whilst my original complaint was being dealt with by an excellent doctor who showed care, compassion and humour!
The Ward 11 staff were lovely, helpful and kind.
I could rate it as a 5 star hotel.
Thank you everyone for helping me recover so quickly.
Long live the NHS!
