About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company

(as the patient),

September 2011 - I fell and in the following first and second week I was shocked and unable to understand who was who and what was happening to me, therefore I am unable to be concise in my answers.

In addition, I was moved about five times. My daughter-in-law dealt with day to day events, and she lives in Essex.
