"Excellent care and service in all departments"

About: Trafford General Hospital

Took my young son to the urgent care centre today for a knee injury. From reception, to the nurse pratictioner to radiology the care and service we received was personalised, compassionate and effective. My child was treated as an individual and spoken to as such, treated with dignity and care and actively listened to. We were seen very promptly and given information about next steps as we went seamlessly from department to department to get all tests sorted. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to hear that your son received a high standard of care and that he was treated with dignity.
